Shipping

All custom jewelry is made by hand, to order, please allow 4 weeks for your custom order to be made and shipped. If the piece ordered is already in stock, please allow 1 week for shipping. All jewelry is packed in a jewelry box which is then packing into a shipping box with packing material. It will be shipped via USPS, in the continental United States orders are expected to arrive within 2-3 days of shipment. If you would like to upgrade to a faster shipping method, please contact us through the form on the contact page. Bentons is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

Returns & Adjustments

There are no returns for custom jewelry orders.  If for some reason you are unhappy with any other purchase, returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include a note stating your reason for return. Because we are a small shop, all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Many stores will factor this cost into their product to then offer free returns, but we prefer to keep our costs of goods lower by not including this cost in the product. Thank you so much for understanding! The jewelry can be exchanged for another item or store credit without the restocking fee. Please note that the cost of shipping will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. 

We service all jewelry made in house. If you need an adjustment or alteration made (i.e. sizing, stone replacement, etc.), please contact us!
